Personally i dont think anybody without experience in converting lofts or at least

good general building experience should be attempting a DIY Loft Conversion

There are ways to save money by employing an experienced fitter if you can

find one who can help you manage the build . most companies offer a part

loft conversion service where you complete the 2nd fix works but even that wont

save you money if you do not have the skills or friends to help that can do

plumbing , Plastering , Roofing and a qualified part P Electrician who will issue a

completion certificate
